positive pressure, sidearm flasdk, centrifuge, or vacuum manifoldues

Normal Phase
Hydrophilic (polar) adsorbents used to extract hydrophilic analytes in nonpolar matrices like organic solvents (e.g. polar contaminants from soil extracts).

Reversed Bonded Phase
Hydrophobic (nonpolar) adsorbents used to extract hydrophobic analytes from polar matrices like water (e.g. pesticides from drinking water).
