High Pressure Small Manual rotary valves
with 1/4''-28 UNF helicoil connections - High pressure manual rotary valves

These manual rotary valves
are constructed from PTFE with a 0.8mm bore size, making them suitable for high pressure applications up to 500 psi (33 bar)
They are available in 4 and 5 port versions and any spare ports can be sealed with a plug (part number 002320) for maximum flexibility.
All ports are 1/4"-28 UNF flat-bottom and will accept any 1/4"-28 UNF male fitting.
Omnifit's 1000 psi pressure rated Gripper fittings are ideal for use with these valves.
Valves are bulkhead mountable (mountable onto any flat surface) with pre-drilled holes for easy mounting.
4-port valves
4-port valves allow flow across selected ports, from either one or two inlets to a combination of the remaining ports. Flow configurations available for 4-port valves can be seen on the left of the picture above.
5-port valves
All the 5-port valves utilise the bottom port as the inlet and allow flow to a combination of the remaining 4 ports. Flow configurations available for 5-port valves can be seen on the right of the picture above.

Distribution valves
Omnifit's click-stop distribution valves are available in 5, 7, 9 and 11-port options. This enables them to be used as 4, 6, 8 or 10-way distribution valves, by using one port as the inlet and selecting flow to any of the other available ports for outlet Distribution valves can be used for
sample collection and stream selection.
Loop injection valves
Omnifit's click-stop loop injection valves are available in 6 or 10-port options. |
