Do I pay extra for freight import costs |
Import Freight is included in the on-line prices - at least for most items - for very light items a surcharge may apply as International freight coists are based on "volumetric weight" LxHX19cm)/6000=Volumetric Weight (in Kg) *
"Large" instruments and heavy items (>5kg) ask for a quotation before ordering |
What about local freight | Freight is by courier
- $10 0-3kg (Interstate $15 ) Dangerous Goods add $25
- $14 3-5kg
-$18 5-10kg

What about Customs Duty
| "Chromatography equipment, parts, consumables are duty free in general except for individual items which t\customs has a problem relating to eg "seals" are animals, "sleeves" are part of shirts, "nuts" are what you eat and idiot things like that. Generally ALL are duty free - we will warn you
if there may be a problem |
How does GST Work | Our quoted and on-line prices are exclusive of GST
10% is added to the invoice value |
How do I place an order | Established customers - verbally by phone is OK but we prefer a fax or e-mail with a follow up confirmation by signed fax on company letter head.
New customers
- fax / written order with payment by Cheque or CC Order will be processed on receipt of funds / bank confirmation. |
What method of payment do you accept | Established customers
- net 30 days by bank cheque or money transfer ( EFT - Ask for our Bank details ))or credit card
New customers - cash with order Credit Card - VISA, Mastercard or American Express. |
Can I pay by Credit Card | WE need a signed CC Authorisation Form CC Form PDF by Fax or E-mail- A PAID Invoice is issues as a receipt for your reimbursment by your Company

Delivery times | Most consumable items are ex-stock with our suppliers (USA) - UPS freight transit time 4 to 5 days
Common items are kept in stock in Melbourne - Enquire first !
To order items - chromatographs or "customised" items may be 3 to 6 weeks maximum
Local Freight via courier - overnight
or 2 days max to most places in Australia. |
