Omnifit's large electrical rotary valves are designed for use with aggressive chemicals or biologically sensitive materials and have an inert, Teflon® body and Kel-F® rotor.
The valves have a 1.5mm internal bore and are pressure rated to 30 psi.
Each port is flat-bottomed and will accept any 1/4"-28 UNF male fitting. Omnifit's 1/4"-28 UNF Gripper fittings are ideal for use with these valves.
The valves are available in a variety of port configurations for either loop injection or distribution.
The valves are controlled by a smart actuator.
This has a remote control handset with 4 digit LED display.
The handset is compatible with TTL, RS232 and IBM computers. Controller software is included with the actuator.
Actuators are avaialble in 12V/24V or Universal (110V/220V/240V) versions

Pressure rated to 500 psi (33 bar). Minimal dead volume, bulkhead mountable. 12VDC, 4 watts.
Includes control board with control signals for clockwise drive, counter clockwise drive, 'HOME' flag and 'MOTOR ACTIVE' flag. Bore size is 1.5mm, step time is 200 milliseconds.
