MULTIPLE OPTIONS AND HIGHLY ADAPTABLE DESIGN FEATURES ENABLE  SOLENOID-OPERATED
TEFLON ISOLATION VALVES TO EXCEL IN PERFORMANCE, LONG-LIFE  RELIABILITY,
AND LOW-COST OPERATING EFFICIENCY

Isolation valves

Reliable, continuous duty 2-way and 3-way Teflon isolation valves  designed and manufactured by Bio-Chem Valve Inc. feature a long-life, all-Teflon  flow path with a choice of PTFE, PEEK, PPS or TEFZEL body to increase  performance, reduce cost, and optimize compatibility with aggressive chemicals  or high purity fluids.

Manufacturers of analytical, diagnostic or environmental instruments employing aggressive chemicals or high purity fluids can select from a wide variety of standard 2-way or 3-way solenoid-operated Teflon isolation valves that are designed and manufactured by Bio-Chem Valves to provide a fast,  reliable response in order to meet continuous duty performance at low power  levels.

Bio-Chem Valve has designed its standard line of solenoid-operated Teflon isolation valves with an inert, all-Teflon flow path and a choice of other engineered resins including PEEK, PPS, and TEFZEL for the body material  and PFA or Kalrez for the seal in order to provide the best value and highest level of compatibility with a wide range of chemicals.

Flow path, flow rates and pressure can be customized to suit the  application with a uniquely reliable diaphragm seating element. Valves operate on vacuum to 30 psi in the 2-way normally closed, or 2-way normally open  construction, and vacuum to 60 psi in the 3-way multi-purpose valve. Higher  pressures are available for special applications

PINCH VALVE CREATES AN OPEN AND SHUT CASE(EVEN UNDER  VACUUM)FOR RELIABILITY
AND ECONOMY IN HANDLING  AGGRESSIVE, PARTICULATE-LADEN LIQUIDS

Small pinch valves designed and manufactured by Bio-Chem Valve Inc.,  feature reliability and economy in purging aggressive, particulate-laden liquids  from instrumentation and analytical equipment waste  lines.

OEMs seeking to improve reliability and reduce costs in the purging of  waste lines containing aggressive, particulate-laden solvents, corrosives,  reagents, or other liquids can choose from a range of wide aperture,  non-sticking pinch valves designed and manufactured by Bio-Chem.

The unusually durable, long-life, non-sticking silicone tubing has been  developed in a proprietary process and may extend the normal preventive  maintenance cycle to approach the life of the machine. Bio-Chem pinch valves  feature inertness similar to an isolation valve with a straighter, no-clog flow  path at less cost. Valves are available in normally closed or normally open  position, or in a 3-way configuration for fluid switching.

Bio-Chem pinch valves accommodate tubing from .010'' to .875''  ID.

HIGHLY EFFICIENT, SPACE-SAVING COLLAR-MOUNT  SOLENOID PUMPS AND VALVES FIT
INTO THE SMALLEST MANIFOLD SPACES

New manifold mountable miniature inert solenoid valves from Bio-Chem  Valve Inc. feature a smaller, collar-mount design for efficient , space-saving  manifold mounting.

Based upon a  design that has been in use for the past 20 years, the collar-mount design delivers additional functional advantages. The locked-in threaded mounting  collar is hand tightened into the manifold port to ensure an even load on the gasket seal for pressures up to 100 PSI. By positioning the pump or valve closer  to the point of fluid introduction, the collar-mount manifold design minimizes  internal volume.

For optimum  fluid compatibility, these manifold mounted solenoid valves can be customized in  a choice of PEEK, PPS, Ultem, acrylic, Chemraz, EPDM, Viton, or Teflon.
Alternative materials, customized design modifications, and stand-alone units  are available. Multiple valve sizes can achieve flows from 10 mL/min. to 2  L/min.

Recognizing  an industry demand for smaller, more reliable components for fluid handling  equipment, Bio-Chem Valve Inc. has introduced a new line of manifold mountable  inert solenoid pumps and valves, with a footprint as small as 0.5'' for space-saving mounting. A highly efficient threaded collar design is employed to  secure the valve or pump to the manifold.

HIGH-PRESSURE MINIATURE ISOLATION VALVES, CUSTOMIZED FROM STANDARD FIELD-TESTED VALVE DESIGNS, MEET OEM'S NEED FOR CRITICAL FLOW CONTROL APPLICATIONS UP TO 550 PSI

High-Pressure Inert Valve

The miniature high-pressure inert isolation valve from Bio-Chem  Valve, Inc. can control critical flow applications up to 550 psi.

These  high-pressure isolation valves feature full corrosion resistance, high cycle  life, low power requirements, and fast response times. Inert materials of  construction include PEEK, PPS, and Teflon. Quick turnaround is offered for  custom modifications. Customizable options include: port configuration and  orientation; voltage; materials of construction; electrical power; and assembly  mounting onto manifolds for controlling multiple flow lines.

Bio-Chem  high-pressure valves can be used to replace more expensive pressure regulator  systems or pressure feedback systems where the upper pressure limit needs to be  controlled.

Applications  for high pressure valves include analytical instrumentation; automatic,  programmable pressurized liquid dispensing systems; low viscosity injection  molding; and other operations in which low volume high pressure dispensing,  safety relief action, or cost saving replacement is  desired.

High-pressure miniature inert isolation valves are customized by Bio-ChemValve, Inc. from a  proven design with a
15-year operational heritage. These valves provide the same  reliable performance and corrosion resistance in high-pressure applications (up  to 550 psi) as Bio-Chem's lower pressure valves.
